Fish the famous fishing grounds of the Isle of Wight.  You'll have the whole boat to yourselves so you can discuss with us your ideas of what you'd like to do.   Trips need to be booked at least 48hrs prior to departure.

Lymington pick-up is available.  

One of the most prized fish in the UK is the Bass.  These
hard-hitting fish bring a great fight with loads of excitement as you see a
slab of silver coming closer to the boat. 
Patience is required on these trips as Bass can be fussy if the
conditions aren’t 100%.  However, when
they are on the feed, you will have a day to remember. 

A 20% deposit is required to secure your trip.  The final balance is to paid when the Skipper has given the go ahead for suitable weather conditions.

Leaving Yarmouth passing Fort Victoria, Fort Albert and Hurst Castle.  Then on to the beautiful coloured sands of Alum Bay and the Needles.  When the conditions are ok we will pass the Needles and see the wonderful views from the other side of the Island.  With lots of wonderful wildlife on the way,  occasionally seeing the Seals and Dolphins that frequent our waters.

Mackerel fishing has been changing over the years with the reliability of a catch not as consistent as once seen.  The Skipper will know where and what to target on your session but can't guarantee a catch.  If it's a bit of fun out on the water then this is a great introduction on a fishing boat.  However if it's a catch you are looking for then please remember Mackerel are one of the species we are seeing a big change and decline in our region.  You will have an added bonus of seeing the beautiful Isle of Wight from the water.

This trip will be 10 hours with all the equipment provided to catch BFT.  It will be a stand-up and fight so you can really  feel the force of these powerful fish.  Maximum of 6 persons onboard.

The day starts at 0700hrs from Lymington, Hampshire or Yarmouth, Isle of Wight.
